How long does my Cherry Call credit remain valid?
When you top up via phone (just dial 090 4446 4444), your Cherry Call credit will stay valid for a period of 60 days. You won’t be automatically recharged – if you want to buy more calling credit, simply redial 090 4446 4444 for a further £5 of international calling credit, or order online
Calls to 090 4446 4444 cost £5 plus your phone provider’s access charge.
However, if you sign up to our new Account Service, your credit has NO TIME LIMIT.
How long will the Cherry Call rates stay the same?
Rates are subject to change at any time. Please visit our site regularly or sign up for our newsletter in order to receive the latest price changes.
How are my calls charged?
Calls are rounded up to the nearest minute and you pay a 5p connection fee, plus the rate per minute for calling the country. There are no daily ‘service charges’ or other silly fees that eat in to your credit.
Can I use my credit on a handset other than the one I used to prepay?
Yes, you can call from any UK landline or mobile to use our service; just make a note of your PIN and our access number, 0161 328 2820.
I have a problem connecting to the Cherry Call access number.
We’ve received a small number of complaints from customers that cannot connect to our access number 0161 328 2820 from their mobile phone. The reason for this problem lies with your mobile provider – we advise you to contact your mobile provider to complain about this connection issue.
Is there a limit to the amount of credit I can top up with?
You can add credit using our pay by phone service a maximum of 3 times per day.
